Story Behind the Painting

This painting is of the horse pasture from my family's home in Virginia. It was always exciting when we had snow days. The horses probably weren't too thrilled, though, as there was nothing to graze - normally they'll just stand around sun-bathing or roam for escaped shrubs as these two are doing.
