"Bike Park View" - 18x14" Matted Print

\"Bike Park View\" - 18x14\" Matted Print

The original 24x18in oil painting is titled "Bike Park View" is of scene is from a lovely early morning canal walk in late Fall in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. The strong sunny morning light on the bright buildings and boats along one side of the canal was a striking view. The bike lined streets are very typical for the city, so I wanted to feature a bike prominently.

The 18x14" print of "Bike Park View" ships unframed. It is ready to be framed in a standard 24x18" frame you can get most retail stores even Walmart. Frame shops like Hobby Lobby or Michaels - can cut a mat for you in your color choice. Be sure to leave 1/4 in on all sides except the bottom (1/2 or 3/4" to show the signature and edition). OR You can also order this with a mat pre-cut to fit a 24x18" frame in soft greyish beige as shown.

Giclée printing is currently the highest quality standard for printing single or limited edition prints on paper or canvas. The term "giclée" (pronounced "ZHEE-CLAY") is a French word meaning "to spray." Giclée prints are created by spraying millions of droplets of ink onto your choice of fine art substrates.

Unlike lithographs and serigraphs, giclée prints have undergone extensive third party fade testing. While the predicted display life depends on many variables, giclée prints made with wide-gamut pigmented inks are estimated to last over 80 years without noticeable fade.

High grade, smooth finish paper is used for prints, picking up all the detail of the original canvas. Only 100 are produced in this series. Each paper print is signed by me in pencil in the lower left-hand corner with title in middle and edition number in the right. My limited edition prints are imaged and printed by Osio Brown Editions.
